Hey guy's i was looking about and found something for PHPRetro called 'Hardcms' it hasent been relesed on ragezone yet soo i thought i would do it xD here you go: (there is diffrent ones)

if you dont like the yellow on the hover? go to web-gallery>v2>images_new>nav_hover and edit that to what ever colour you want
