one question about events/quest.. i edited the orginal xmas quest.. changed the time its supposed to happen and made santa and the xmas tree on server.. i can see the quest but when i try to accept it it says invalid mission..as i know the rewards and everything is in the element.data and the npc/quest are both there.. and i have edited both server and client side.. is there any way to get it to work?
You should test again Quest Link in Dialog.
So far i've not had luck myself or seen any private server with the right Christmas/Santa missions working. But the snowmen are fun to spawn anyways.
i know all the quest and missions as i was from pwi orginially and i know those quest inside and out.. i have em all set right.. just i think some of the items are off by a number i will test it laters.. and yes i know no other server has the christmas event from pwi.. and i wnat it to work so be like orginal yet more customized.. as i have fully customized loading screens. gm logo.. and a alot more ingame
Probably some ID mismatches, you could always just clone a different quest and fill it in with that data and just start the creature builder with modified NPCs with the new remade quests... probably possible to do it like thatQuote:
