server problem

Hello,I've made a season 4 server from SCFMT and I discovered something,when 2bks are fighing and one of them remains without sweal he is very very weak and he dies from 2-3 hits if his opponent still has sweal.

And i have some question:
1)how can i change the damage?
2)how can i change the hp?
3)how can i change the other abilityes of the characters :D ?
Because i want to make a PK Server and if i have bugs like these no1 can make pk ^^

I know what's the problem...how can i reduce the life after someone sweals?
because now when some1 sweals his life growing up untill 193k and i want it to be 20k.
