Yeah, hate it when it's still hot at night.
heh... I have been rather lucky so far this year, where I am at it is usually in the upper 90s - low 100 degrees F by this time of year... so far it hasnt gone past 85ish... it has been rather cool, and I am really happy about it lol...
However, my allergies have been killing me...
This is why I prefer winter. Hot weather makes my asthma worse. And the back of my t-shirts are always soaked at the end of the day.

First thing's first get as naked as possible (don't want to scurr anyone)
Second thing you got to do is make sure you have proper air supply. If no air conditioner, get a couple fans and have them blowing all around the room.
Third thing you can do is ritual suicide.
If you survived the ritual suicide, just relax and keep away from the windows. Bad things happen when you get near the windows.
Lol, you got to hate that. This past few weeks has been much hotter then normal here. Been having the AC run nonstop except for the last couple of days which have been moderate.

just woken up and after following beckys advice i was able to sleep, the ritual part was the most helpful i think
