Layout (try)

I'm not good at graphics but I thought I'd give it a shot. I was just going for a simple/clean layout.

Looks pretty good, tho you should get rid of the randomly placed quick login.. :P

And should fill the header perhaps.

You need some new fonts, better styles, and some other professional flare. And then you'll be great. I like the positioning and stuff though.

Try putting the Quick Login above the Latest News. It's a bit random over there.

I'd maybe change the colours and make it perkier :D

Any suggestions for fonts? This is where I suck :X I just don't know what fits and what doesn't. Same goes for colours. Though ask me to code anything in PHP and I will :P

I opened PS to make a sort of example banner to fill the void but cbf to do it asap. Got chemistry test tomorrow :P

Also, keep in mind that this is focused on simple-minded people browsing some companies' website. They won't nitpick every detail unlike a GFX expert. That's why I keep it simple ;) I've looked at several local companies' websites and they function, but they ain't pretty. I'm looking to offer them a reliable system AND a clean look.

not bad. but if you're gonna code it don't just code it for mozilla, code it for all browsers.
