hackers hit my mu

just try understand me and help please

this is my mu site :
87.68.55.240

2 days ago some hackers hit my server'
he do somthing in site and connect my admin account.

now i change to other site, look my site 87.68.55.240
and i add Scripts in web files

some one can tell if my site protect from hacks now?
if no tell what i need to do.

p/s:Make sure you tested with another folder first before make it your public site or you might mess up everything..

put a password on your xampp and try to change the password of your admin account...
