I'd like to introduce a new project: OSPPW
The goal is to gather and sum the knowledge about PW development.
Not that RageZone is bad, but the knowledge threads tend to get lost somewhere in the forum among questions or other random things.
Anyone is welcome to contribute; at the moment it is still mostly an empty shell but I hope it can grow. I will also add some "exclusive" info as it get started, such as how to make NPCs "hard" or how proctype works.

Not exactly, since at the moment there is no aim to do a complete emulator. Although it would be nice, I do not have knowledge to start that.
The goal is more to gather knowledge such as what are the element fields used for, how tasks.data is organised, etc. For which a wiki and svn is way more convenient than a forum.

If you are aiming for a rewrite of the actual server side... Good luck on the endeavor and I'll try and help when I can...

And no, I am not aiming for a rewrite of server side, I'll gladly help anyone trying to, but this is not something I'll start myself. My goal is to create (with everyone interested) the PW server admin's cookbook, with all the useful info compiled in a stable and readable form.
Yeah then you're doing well, take a look at some sELedit config files for elements.data and that has just about every useful field in there and Eisitigers thread has some others which you could use as long as you link back for credit of course
My own config file is already available on SVN. There is some fields no one knew about (like price index of NPCs), but might be missing some of the eistiger's release.
I'll look at it sometime, or you can as well ;)
What elements.data version is that for? I was looking over it and doesn't make much sense for some things...
Also you have price index as row 7, thats the "Attached Dummy Monster" not price index :blink:
It is for client 1.3.6 . It uses a list layout quite similar to Icefire except there is 2 dummy list because sEledit doesn't allow to move the dialogue list.
And the price index is correct, you can try it for the black market NPCs, their prices are much higher by default.
