Server Problem >.<

Hi Im new to the flyff pserver side.
i managed to follow Tenpacys tut on youtube and did all he said.
now when i run the AccountServerv it loads a box
then i run DataBaseServer and it just closes
it does the same for the rest of he exe's
CoreServer
Certifier
LoginServer
CacheServer
WorldServer

could someone kindly tell me how i can get it working,
i have cahnged all the inis to my ip adress but i still dont know why it keeps closing.

PS. im using V15 files
