How to add new Job??

hi i want to know how to add new jobs
because my server is full v16 but it havent new jobs please help me :(:

yes ive got v16 files

uhm, v16 ready files are not Full v16 files right???

no the mine are V16 redy files but moded by me to get full v16 but one thing is need to be 100% FULL v16

Sigh~

v16 ready files its just v15 files with data.res and other stuff from v16, WICH MEANS is not full, its just modded to be KINDA v16, but u wont get jobs and skills...

if u want to get new jobs and skills, or u found the v16 files COMPLETE, or u code them on the source.

wich its a release section, no matter how hard u try, u cant add jobs via res file, maybe edit them, yes but not add new.
