I just used brushes downloaded from devianArt or google types of brushes an create it. O.o
But I can't post my c4ds, you can make them yourself easily.

Lul, You use brushes not c4ds. c4d renders are made with Cinema4D.

The brotherhoodms one looks a little weird. The background doesn't suit it.
The 5th one is the best IMO.

In my opinion, the problem doesn't lie with the background. I think it's more of the font effects used or maybe even the font itself. Try a bolder font? =P. No offense btw...
Edit : I think the first one looked the best. Keep up the good work =D.
