Change IP In Client

Can someone help me? i dont know how to change the ip in my client or what files should i hex. please help.

find param.ini in your client and change the loginaddress to your ip used in your server

now i need a website for ran online can help me to? i dont know how to install it and where can i download it.

use xampp in rancp/website just search for a guide there are many guides here

if you want to be online your server for your friends
you can use hamachi or wanip :)

i dont need hamachi i got my own IP.
