Alright i'm getting bit pissed after tried every possible things relate to the issue i'm having but still no fix to the issue, it seems like nothing more then gameserver internal problem or the client.
So i hereby request help that i need all your possible server files to client tools that you use. Please as well report your client version using with your server files so that i can verify if there's something i did or use was different.
