[Release] 99% English & Crash+Skill Fix & Tips & More for 1.1 JP Files

Hello everyone, because of the lack of 'good' Iris PServers, and the fact that there are not that many 'good', 'helpful' releases for Iris PServers, I have decided to be one of the first.

I am releasing all my work. See below, taken from the readme.

-IrisDropHelper.exe = This will modify the item drop rates of your item_droplist.txt

-IrisQuestHelper.exe = This will modify the Quest EXP, SXP, and Gold rates.

These tools do one file at a time - not one line at a time, like you would have to do manually.

In this release there is a clientside patch. This clientside patch includes 99% correct English translations, and makes crash almost non existant. It also includes better working skills, and most 1.17 skills.

Do note that some 1.17 skills are not working (ex. Meteor, Communion, Charge, and more). I have tried quite dilligantly multiple times in the past to sync them with higher version skills [1.17/1.18], and although I have succeeded logging in, using some skills, and getting the server to start, the skills are MORE broken than with the current skills in this patch are.

There is also a serverside script\resource folder with all the resources in there.

This release also includes retail EXP and SXP rates for quests and mob. Quest gold is also retaillike. Drops are also the exact retail droplist, 1x. Mob gold is still 10x retail.

This release also includes the chat message length raised from 45 max characters per message to 100. That can be modified in interface.pack (chat_main.txt)

Some quick tips:
-Level cap can be raised in exptable.txt. Skill level cap can be raised in sxptable.txt
-NPC Shops can be modified in item_npcstore.txt
-Mob gold [I don't have a tool for it] can be modified in item_dropmoney.txt
-Enchant rates can be modified in item_enhancedrate.txt ("1 0.9 0.8 0.65 0.45 0.3 0.2 0.15 0.07 0.02"... 1 = 100%, 0.9 = 90%, 0.45 = 45%, etc. Modify both that line and "1 0.95 0.85 0.7 0.5 0.34 0.23 0.17 0.08 0.03")
-The scripts in the client and server [server uses clientside dynamic.pack and resource.pack] need to be sync'd perfectly for there to be as little problems as possible

Very helpfull, altough my Skills Repack are the same, but i guess you have more work into this then me. Too bad that this Section seems to be Dead :-(

All the hard work, so much views, and only so few comments on this.
