it has default options for more easy and fast web under 1mb the most used options are added for 1 good website, i hope its the best choose to use

if you have read before everyone that use appserver * has this error, why ? - becouse they need to enable modules in theyr apache
the best choose is xampp 1.7.1 or highter use it..

appserver config to run it:

Find and remove # save and restart apache
#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

You have SQL script for vote reward but you missed the script for MEMB_CREDITS.

I tried to do it on my own and run this query, but no success.
