Only the last red text caused it, you may have edited the zeffect wrongly. Or you accidentaly removed it.

Solutions:
- Replace a fresh new zeffect.xml
- Undo the edits you did in zeffect.xml

What does that file even do? I've never had it in my system.mrs.
