I unpacked it and removed GG and update then added multiclient but I can't remove all errors on next step without having the complete client and be able to login (for the last error)

What files are needed for 584 client? it crashes when i try to start it

You only need a client patched up to the 584.00 update or newer.

Use it with the original client, not a repacked one.

how can you buy the guitar clubset? if I press buy i get:
"item not for sale", or does anyone have the ID of this item so i can gift it? thanks :)

The pangya_th.iff file on the server is not the same as on the client; while your client handles the item as something you can buy, the server does not.

To fix this, simply replace the pangya_th.iff file in the Login and Game server directories with the one you edited (or in this case: the one from the latest .pak file).

this is weird, I normally use a different exe file but I decided to try this one for the guitar club sounds, it works fine except when i click create a room it says: "please update to the newest version" ? ^^"

The server only accepts game clients with a specific version string. This string is usually in sync with the update number (or very close to it).

When you download a fixed executable from here you'll notice that the topic contains a version number (i.e. 584.00). This is the version string you must use in the database.

To check up the value you can query the table Pangya_Server_Config which is part of the database Pangya_S4_TH:

To alter the value you can execute the following query:

Be sure to restart the server components afterwards for the changes to take effect.

from what i read in the forums here, i should replace the pangya_th.iff with the one in the newest pakfile, which would be "projectg584tha.pak"?

but i can't find that pakfile or iff file anywhere :(

Not every PAK file has a pangya_th.iff (Although, generally speaking, most do).

Simply work your way backwards through the PAKs until you hit a pangya_th.iff file.

You probably need to have a separate install of the TH client to get updates. I have one and just edit my hosts file to turn off the update.whatever redirect so I can get new updated paks from the thai server. If you do this and try to get the stuff into your game, just be aware that you'll have to unpack the newer files and repack into whatever the latest pak file your hacked client uses. The updatelist file that should be running on some webserver of yours must specify the last pak file it'll accept, but I can't figure out how to change it.

the newest file is simply the last file in alphabetical order. On server side .iff file goes in both login and gameserver directories

the newest file i have is "projectg583th.pak" so I replaced the pangya_th.iff from that pak file with the one in the login and gameserver directories but i still can't buy the items from shop.
I don't know what to do now, cause none of the iff files seem to be working with this exe file :(

does anyone have an iff file that works with this exe?

@AznSW : this has nothing to do with the exe o.O
My paks work fine with all exe from 582.05 to 584.02

But if a lot of ppl report a problem with paks when using this exe, I may reconsider how I made it XD and would supply a new one

Yeah, great job!

Discounts always worked, just a matter of putting the right time-frame into the IFF, setting the discount price and activating a flag.

Well after i changed something i have discount on ALL items :) i havent changed the iff-file.
