Can't get V15 Server Started

Hey guys, I thought i followed all the tutorials right.. Aparently not. If someone is pro at v15 can you help me?

I got it all setup its just when i try to run the AccountServer it says can't connect to db.

Idk.

If you are running in Windows7 just Right click the account server and click on "Run as administrator" that will work

Its windows server 2k3

Just run all the Server Files as Administrator

I tried but the first one won't even start.

then there is something wrong with your setup.

Can you help me see if i screwed up the ini files or something? Do u have teamvieweR?
