Anyways, if you wanna be like me eat in the morning or don't at all. Eat lunch @ 2pm and have dinner at 7~8pm, do sports in the evening.

Eat less calories and start working out more.
Stop attention seeking on RaGEZONE and go outside.
Turning habbo/computer off would be a start :p

I just ate yogurt and eggs
easy. dont eat shit.
fast food is shit.
dont eat sweets.
dont eat crisps.
dont eat things that are fried.
count your calories (roughly, dont become obsessed by it)
Portion control. Using an 11" plate is aparently a good size for a dinner plate.
go running, dont worry if you cant run for long, run until you cant anymore, then a brisk walk in between then run again.
make sure you have run for at least 30 mins.
then weights and shit, i would ask the guys about this, i dont tend to do weights...
