We can't help you unless you post your configuration files.
And add lot of specific information, examples with IP's config files, matchsrvr,localhost,agent logs,configs
then we can help you thanks..

mmmm no everythign seems okay, maybe you need to open the ports...
add 127.0.0.1 to the system.xml(inside the system.mrs)

Select your ip and open it in new Tab if the Web page is coming = you dont have roter
Select your ip and open it in new Tab if the Web page is reloading without reply = you have an router and you cant use your default ipyou should use an VPS / dedicate server / Hamachi

FREELOGINIP is supposed to be blank, KEEPERIP should be the WAN IP and MONITORIP should be 127.0.0.1.
