Network Problem?

I have made my server a long time ago..
And yesterday server worked fine and everything and about 30 players were online..
but then i restarted my PC and after doing that .. people could no longer play the server of see the website..
But i could and still can.. i checked all the files and everything..
It all looks okay..
So maybe anyone knows that problem and know how to fix it or something that related maybe it could help..

does your computer still have a static ip address? maybe your outside IP address has changed?

Idk..
I used NO-IP..
But i think there is something wrong with the network settings.
I'm using Dynamic DNS not Static..

Edit:
When i use the Troubleshoot thingy it says "Default Gateway is not available"
What shall i do?

You need a static IP from your ISP you have to pay monthly along with your bandwidth bill its not that expensive but it is different to the Direct DNS thing i'm lucky because being on the most expensive plan for my ISP they give it to me for free lol i just had to apply for it so yeah go to the website or even ring them up they will most probably send you out a form to fill out and such. This will help though since dynamic IPs tend to change either when you restart your computer or router.
