Error On Guild

Help About The Guild...when i want to authenticate in Phoenix,or any school it always says you are not the lead guild...what is the matter about the guild can anyone please...help me about the guild....

U must have team/party to create guild

i think you have to enable the guild on glogicserver.rcc
some server has disable or only enable 1 school to authenticate

how can i enable this??...please help....

its in the default.charclass
