V15 WebRegistration Complication

Hello all together,

I have pretty strange problem with the registration via web. Well I modified the *.php files of the registration page, I added the webCreateAccount.sql to the database. The website is working pretty well. It shows, that the registration was successfully. Now the problem. When I check the database on ACCOUNT_DBF, dbo.ACCOUNT_TBL it doesn't show the registered account. In other words, website says me that registration was successful but the database doesn't create the account. I tried lots of different registration sites. Same problem. Well, maybe someone has a idea what the problem could be? Is it database problem or maybe xammp one? (And yes, i opened the mssql things on php.ini)

You are using a wrong stored procedure. Check SQL Server and PHP Files.

This Error is for mine in register page :( and i dont know how to fix it..can you help me? PM me
