VIP Panel to edit Names

Hi to everybody!

This release is a donation reward (maybe) to the donators. It allows them to edit their char names (only theirs!) without using special staff tags. The staff tags that are forbidden are:(it is not case sensitive, so [Owner] disables the use of [OWNER] as well.)

* [Owner]
* [Admin]
* [GM]
* [EM]
* [GAL]
* [GA]
* [Staff]

Users can use any other special tags for their names.
I will explain how to add more tags to be forbidden.

How to install?

* First of all, this panel is made to work with CabalToolz 3 or 4.
* Open up your config.php file in your backend dir and create an array there:

Replace the allowedid s with the id s you want to be allowed, and you can add more elements to the array.
Note: Array name MUST BE $_config["vips"].
* Download the files in the attachment, and place them to the same directory with config.php.
* Open up cedit.php and enjoy!

Usage:

* Login with one of the ID s you have written in the config.php.
* Write the name of one of your chars and write the name you want to be.
* Click "Edit" and voila! Your name is changed.

What does the system check?

* It checks if the char is online or not.
* It checks if the char is yours or not.
* It checks if you have the permission to access.
* It checks if the char name includes something that is forbidden.
* It checks if the char name already exists.

What does the system uses for login verification?

* It uses PHP Sessions, which are the securest way to identify users.

How to make more tags forbidden?

* In vip_do.php, find:

All the tags here will be forbidden.

Cool release, but it pretty much beats the purpose of having a rename card in the item shop =\.

Not quite...
Rename card can only rename ...can't add tags like [GM]XXXXX.
So it's said this is only available to donors:P

Yes.

For example, with rename card you can't name your char like: |Mr|Shadow, (Star)Fall or [VIP]Millenial...

However I forbid the usage of Staff tags because I do not want people to be recognised as staff.

Also, with this, user does not have to buy rename cards constantly. It is like an advanced and unlimited rename card.

For some reason I don't really like that, so I won't use it, but cool release again :P

Update:

Now the system checks for (Owner),(Admin) etc. too.

I have an error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function RecordCount() on a non-object in x:\xxxx\htdocs\xxx\backend\cedit.php on line 71 ,what could be?

When i click on edit button,nothing happen what is wrong?
