Reasons : You're using a router and didn't setup port forwarding

OR

The IP you chose is wrong

note : Local IP (127.0.0.1) and LAN IP don't need port forwarding

I think im testing the my hamachi ip now..!!

If you are testing the hamachi, that error will never show up.

i encounter that error to but bot in session its in field1 when i am trying to make my server 2 channel i got that error...how can i fix that?...

*Note :
If you wanted to test the Hamachi Use The Hamachi IP and then you must sure that all the CFG`s existing Ip`s Must Change ,

Or

Try To use 127.0.0.1 For testing :))

im done at all but says inter disconected

You need to set the param.ini IP to the same IP as your server
