Crysis 2, leaked 49 days early.
How disappointing, even thought I do pirate games, I will never pirate a game that is good not to be pirated, so I will wait for the official release.

it's very betaish, sound doesn't really work, it lags alot, missing rextures here and there.. far from enjoyably playable game

Unless developers don't get into a rush and release full game earlier.
Tho I am gonna play leaked version and then buy full version :P

The leaked ver. is very buggy, nowhere near the real one.

It's not worth those 9gbs, thought it would be far more playable, but it's simply not. Not to mention that it only works with dx9. Also environment is much less destructable than it was in crysis, don't expect this to change with the final release though.

Thats because it IS destroying the PC gaming community.
The future of PC gaming is at high risk due to piracy. Consoles will soon be our only choice for gaming if piracy continues. Its a well known fact. More and more companies everyday are haulting PC game development.

Yeah because things haven't been pirated since the first copying devices were created. Even books were pirated when the first printing presses were created. Tapes? Who here didn't record music from the radio! Hell, who didn't record films onto VHS when they were shown on TV. This hasn't kill any other media, why the hell do people think it will kill the games industry? The companies are still making millions.

It wasn't a serious post.
It is affecting it, however. For instance, sony is concentrating on blocking jailbreaks rather than bringing new features to the system.

While you can run copies on consoles, the amount pirated is directly related to how hard it is to run.
On the PC it's extremely easy to run a illegal version, on consoles it's much harder and requires you to void your warranty and stuff.
