About clan emblem

Well here is my problem...

When i upload a clan emblem to my clan it goes normally works normally on website but when i log in on gunz it goes directly to the clan channel right and then when i gets to the lobby of my clan war with the emblem it crashes how can i fix that? :*:

yup, he say that when he upload a clan emblem and go to his clan channel and then to a normal channel the gunz crashes.
