TT (Twilight Temple) and some boss problems
Hey guys!
I would like to finally fix this problem with not being able to enter some Twilight Temple instances. I am using server which is set up step by step following Ronny's guide. I have found the same problem there -> http://forum.ragezone.com/f452/twilight-temple-704372/.
Unfortunately it doesn't work for me (maybe hands too short). I downloaded both server and client files which das posted, placed them where they should be, but then i get a msg "Map data out of phase with the server's" already after entering Hall of Choice, so i cant get into any Act(1-x,2-x,3-x) anymore, after talking to first pillar.
Here is a little explanation why i want this to work.
As people who play PWI already know, some TT bosses are changed to a more raged ones for a long time already. It's ones like Twiligh Emperor in 3-2, Dark Colluseast in 3-3, etc.
I really hate both of those on PWI, so I am trying several cleric builds and gears on my server (putting them near the tank) to see if they can handle several debuffs, aoe skills of the bosses, etc.
Unfortunately, there is no way to test Dark Colluseast: Doom and Twilight Emperor: Vacuity, because short time after i spawn them somewhere in the world (usually near Archosaur), they do very high damage and one hit any character. For example, Emperor starts doing constant 50k damage and doesn't matter what gear is weared. I found out same thing happens when i spawn any Warsong boss and try to kill it.
So my primary question is: Why is that happening? Is there any way to test these 2 bosses like they are on a real PWI?

Our client and server version doesn't support the bosses as like as they should like on PWI.
The only thing you can do is put static damage lvl. By default on ronny's server it's very high...
You can't put dynamic damage lvl (depend on what team and gear and lvls of players) like on PWI.
The file responsible of this is the aipolicy.data, you can open the aipolicy.data of your client, change the datas and export it to server.
Unfortunatly I can't help you more cuz i didn't do much more search on it.

Thanks for response Romulan! At beginning i thought it has something to do with that quest inside TT for killing a needed amount of mobs, before dealing with the bosses. Didn't knew anything about static/dynamic damage, but going to check what I can do with it!

Ok how do I downgrade the aipolicy.data? I am still learning. Will it work if I just delete lines 11 and 12 containing the skills that are used if the randomize is 1.00?

Ok instead of downgrading the aipolicy.data I just went through it and changed the AI ID in the elements.data for one that was from TT 3-3 without the randomized number. Thanks guys for all your help and awsome releases.
Ok the edit worked aside from the doors are longer opening in TT 3-2 with the kill of the bosses but im sure that can be worked out as well. Once i figure it out ill edit this post.

open aipolicy.data (pwi 1.4.2)
export as 1.3.6
*you can customize skill_replace.txt and block_disable.txt to apply some export rules, but default should be fine

i saw at lot of topic how to "edit" aipolicy, for correcting TT bosses 50k damage reducing. but omg i guess im a fcking noob, i cant do it. maybe the problem is i have only two files in zip if i download tool from ur dev site. saiview and skill_replace.txt. for correcting i need one more file?
and anyway which file i must open with your tool? server or client side? if im done, i must export file to where? server or client side?

Thanks ronny1982, I added my own skill replacements for the 827 and 783 in the skill_replace.txt so no more instakills.

Wich skills you used instead? Cuz I run in the same issue. TT3-1 bosses hit 50k :mellow:

i didnt replaced any skill in txt file, ive just converted my old aipolicy with saiview. or maybe i converted pwi aipolicy? idk, but its fixed in our server, mobs say smth ai policcy failed but idc xD

i can give my aipolicy for u if u want it :P:
with it TT works, lunar works, reciprocity works, warsong bosses works, everything work only frostcover u get problem (frozen boss shield disapear then boss too) but u can fix in npcgen.data if u put weaken boss directly to there

Nice Hycker thanks, cube of fate works? in this days i try to fix the bosses but when i convert the aipolicy from pwi is the same the boss of TT 3.1 first boss and 5min Boss the boss kill the player whit a hit of 28, 30, 40 of damage o.O, i try whit the debug but cube of fate crash the rooms, some have a editor of aipolicy??? i know the line but dont have a editor XD

problíy. noone player said nothing problem from cube, so i think its works fine. i didnt go to cube with my gm or player char i hate it.

Yeah i hate to cube especially when i go from room 52 to room 1 hate that -.- i try to do cube whit you aipolicy and post what happen thanks again Hycker

btw ive got first bug with this aipolicy in TT3-2 high mode. Behemoth from half hp do nothing >.> i think its coordinated in aipolicy but im not sure. and later i will change more some skill coz warsong main boss its weak (only meele pattack around ~20k) with this aipolicy, i wanna to make some skil to him.

In the servers i play the behemot from 3.2 and 3.3 TT party mode, always bug and do nothing if you stay close to the wall the behemot and other players can hit him from the first room, what editor for aipolicy use?
