Server/Client aint running

So I've downloaded George's server and client, Zamorak server V2, and i cant run it when i click the run server the dos winodw appears for a sec and thats it...same thing happens with the client..what should i do? please help me.
I'm working on windows 7.

right click run.bat

at the bottom, add a new line that says

pause

tell me what the console says

it says this:
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batche file.

what now? :(

This means you haven't setup your classpath correctly or at all in your systems environment.

First make sure you have both the JRE for running the client, and the JDK installed on your system.

Don't want to send you out to something that isn't specifically for these servers, so that tut might server more beneficial.
