ASM TuT- Enable /admin_halt 2007 Runnable

Hello RageZoners!

i 've seen alot of Threads Explaining how to Enable / Disable /admin_halt in 2008 Client so could you please give me an ASM Tutorial about how could i Enable /admin_halt in 2007 Client so it will close MatchServer.

Oh and Btw i need the Tut for MatchServer also( if needed ) ofc :D
