Nope still not working but if i open MatchAgent.exe this come up in output Failed to connect to MatchServer (Err:-1)
If the server.ini I posted doesn't work, then you either have a problem with your database or you need to port forward or you haven't filled the ServerStatus.dbo table in the database correctly.
Post your MatchServer logs.
About the MatchAgent error, did you change your MatchServer's port?
And yes i changed the matchserver portCode:nhn server mode is real

Your logs look fine as well. You need to port forward.
For the MatchAgent error, open up AgentConfig.xml and look for this line:
Change tcpport to whatever new port your MatchServer uses.Code:<MATCHSERVERADDRESS ip="127.0.0.1" tcpport="6000"/>
