Converting

Distinguished members of the community!
I want to ask you for help.
I need to convert the 2 files (Elements.data and Tasks.data) from a Russian client (Russian Oficial 1.4.2 ?? (Build 2305)).
The basic idea is that the Russian-speaking users would be able to easily navigate the Downgraded Ronny1982`s client.

Currently, I can not open these files with pwTools.
Even with configuration files shared in this thread:

p.s. I would also like to make some useful insights into the community, but has not yet reached much success in programming) Whole-only little knowledge of PHP, MySQL, administration *nix similar systems (mostly Debian), Java ( jsp ).

Or please point me, how can i write configuration file for sEledit for two things:
1. open RUoff client elements.data
2. convert it to compatible with PWD`s downgraded client (and after that - convert this file to 1.4.2 server one)

p.s. and btw, who can help to find info or help with converting current RUoff tasks.data to compatible with PWD`s downgraded client (and 1.4.2 server)

Anyway almost all of russians are not pay attention to this problemm, and just use another clients and servers...

All i need - is 2 ".CFG" files... to open russian elements and convert it to 1.3.6 compatible server&client...
