buff pang in GS and arena

hello.. this is my first Release...



this files have a buff pang in seige and arena,

for guild seige
just extract it into ...\New Repack\V15_FIles\Resource\World\WdGuildWar




and for arena extract it into ..\New Repack\V15_FIles\Resource\World\WdArena

I do not think this is worth releasing, as this is just CTRL+C'ing the part of buff pang into a different .dyo file.
But if this helps people, than it is a good release I guess.
