Do you actually search how you could do it by yourself before you bomb the forum with gazillion question, or do you always expect other people to do everything for you ?

BS. It works in most servers without me doing anything.
XP UP, Mana Down, HP Up, Vampiric Bicuspid all stay for the time specified regardless of relog under normal circumstances.
If not, something is broke in your server. (Try 619 or something, I'm sure most of the decent cleanups of ET22 do it)Spoiler:

First time I tried to buy these items in "Premium Shop" on (whatever release it was) I had no idea what they where... and I remember being really peeved that even re-logging wouldn't get rid of these flipping icons at the top. Like you had a permanent quest on or something.
So what ever it was I was using (and it was probably 619) I didn't have to do anything. It was just there. I didn't like it, so I deleted them from the Premium shop.
Those Cash Shop items never worked for me and I did not spend time finding why... beside this is not some server development forums to share knowledge and help each other......................o wait... it is -_____________-

Names could make sense. As I say, I used untranslated jPT client, so the names (or more specifically the item code ID) could already have matched what the server was looking for. (or sending)
The timers did stay across logs. So clearly the server (if it was indeed 619) is capable of doing it... it must simply be a matter of synchronising it's item data with the clients.
Again, all sumiseing, because I didn't look into why it worked when I didn't want it to. And at the time I had no idea that it didn't work for other people who did want it to.
In fact, I've been advising people who are trying to get Phoenix to survive a relog to look at those other premium items, because I know that when I used them (to my annoyance) they wouldn't go away when I relogged.
So it's only this thread that makes me realise that some people actually can't even get that to work. Sadly, I can't tell anyone what I did to make it work, because I didn't do anything... it just did. I can only tell you how to stop it working if it is and (like me) that annoys you. :lol: (I removed all the premium items, except the costumes from the item tables. XD)
I would say that whatever configuration I had must have "struck lucky" except that it wasn't a result that *I* wanted, and became something I actually disabled. :$:
619... this somehow ringing the bell... or not, I think I had this... or not. Anyone willing to upload/give some history lesson about this file?
