(183, The network connection was aborted by the local system.ll)

I have created a server using "MFS Team Season V FULL" server files, looks like the server starts ok, but when I try to connect to it - i get the error "Error Thread : GetQueueCompletionStatus (183, The network connection was aborted by the local system.ll)l"
Any ideas what that error means?

Note, that I have Windows 2003 virtual machine, and I'm connecting to it using internal IP (192.168.1.71), I set that IP in all configs(where necessary).
