How to fix GT SPEAR?

My OS : WINDOWS 7

OMG. Our Server admin is so biased, I've told him alot of times already, that theres a problem with his server files..

I... scratch that, WE never had a problem like this before until He made that big update. >_<.. it messed everything up.
Now I cant see my GT SPEAR; its invisible.

He always say, jsut reinstall this and that blah blah blah.
Alot of the players experienced that bugg, its really obvious that it has something to do with his server files...
Its like donating for more buggs and glitches. *SMH*

Buggs:
GT SPEAR (INVINSIBLE and WHITE ICON inside the INVENTORY)
AURA (WHITE and ICON) & DJ CARD (BLACK ICON) = Windows 7 Problem.

Please guys, im really loosing my patience. Its been like 1-2 months already.
