Hello community!
I have got a strange probblem: Clan leaders can`t bind for level one territories like Arcozur.
The main condition are fullfiled: Clan have 3 lvl 3 territories, and 2 level 2 territories. and full inventory of cash (200kk).
The system just saying: not enought money to make a bind...
Absolutely have no idea what wrong...
