Hi! That's a problem: in elementclient.exe is a list of servers. in serverlist.txt if you change the server, then nothing will change. Dont try to steal other private servers elementclient.exe and there won't be a problem.

What you mean "chars". They have no range without weapons. If you mean skills, so itis in gs core, dissasemble it and change skills values.

Да, значения скиллов в ядре прописаны. Само ядро на сервере. Сам не тестил, но предполагаю, что можно IDA'чкой покопать и поменять цифры, ибо слышал, что такое уже делали.
GS file in server (home/gamed/gs 135MB). Use IDA pro to search for skills and change values. Ive seen some devs have done it and it is possible.

p.s. I think that the easiest way to make it is to edit elements.data.
the second(and the hardest way) is to disassemble GS(Yeah, like ivanaivana said) and edit this function
So, you'll better edit elements.data. None of the classes will fight with no weapons, after all ;-)
