Port forward doesn't open my ports.

Hey guys. I have an problem... Like you may see my another thread where i asked how can fix " can't see servers " error. Well i noticed here can be something wrong in my ports. Because those are not open... I guess. But the problem is, I already have portforwarded and turned off my windows firewall. So i can't see any reasons why my ports are not open. So if any of you guys know any way to fix this, it would be nice if you help me out.
So please tell me what to do for it. Thank, And sorry about my bad english.

- I used " Open Port Check Tool " to see is my ports open.
And it give me message like that when i enter gunz ports ( 6000, 8900 and others. ) " Error: I could not see your service on (MYIP) on port (6000)
Reason: Connection refused "

- Here is screenshot of my portforwarding. I think it should be allright. ( this IP adress 192.168... Is my IPV4 Adress, Is this right one? ) And here is two different IPV4 Adress because i have 2 computers. And i have forwarded both...
