Depends on what you're looking to do, Arena/Grind/Level/Quest/BGs
Stormwind raids. A guild member recommend I box upto 10 shamans. Chain lightnings appear to be quite effective (personal experience, lol)
Firstly. Can your PC handle it?
I know what my PC needs to handle 10 WoW's. Wouldn't be asking the question if it couldn't handle it.

I personally use Pwnboxer as my multiboxing program, but Keycloner works fine as well. But I would really recommend Pwnboxer or ISBoxer for anything above 5.
