He's not, but you can't beat Sulfin at all no one touches sulfin in mapping.

He used to be quite the good developer in General, but he's not active much anymore (only around DR a bit)

Mapping - Warrenscoots & HellSniper.
3D Modeling - Revolution, Styx, HellSniper.
Programming (NOT PHP) - Lambda, Jacob, Your Master, Linear, Aristrum, etc.
PHP Coding - Not really sure. I'd go with alfredao.

Mark used to do graphics! and he was pretty damn good.

He made a really nice dagger long long ago :] and the Dojo map.

Chad+Mark were the main pushing force behind unique items at LG back in the day.
