How can i add attack speed using Ep6 Gmc??

Is it possible to add attacking speed on item using gm editor if yes what version? Tnx..SS below..:?::?:

so not possible with gmc so how about in item editor???

use command
/event_ex_begin aspeed 30%

edit item in ur item editor
