Nice, I would like to see this when you have finished the new template. I have never needed an image host i normally would just host it on one of my sites.
I would recommend you also show users html and BB code for posting the image online or on a forum, That would make it more simpler for the average computer user with no html experience for someone who would want to upload an image to a forum.
