How to setup the CW and suryun event

Can someone here in ragezone will give me guides on how to edit/modify the CW and the Suryun Event for my Ran Private Server? I'm using ep6s2 and now its online. The problem is the messege after the suryun and cw(ibang pangalan ng ran ang lumalabas...^_^).

try to find a glogicserver and edit it :).
