I also had this same problem
can tell me what you did to solve?
I did begin modifying it again from scratch.
Simple way for doing this:
1. Download TH Client
2. Download Patches
3. Install TH Client
4. Install Patches
5. Download eventually missing patches (projectg584the.pak + projectg584thf.pak) from the original servers.
6. insert own content
7. replace wangreal.dll with the newer one (can also be downloaded from the original servers)
8. insert hexed projectg584.04th NoGG NoUpdate and test it.
9. Apply further modifications
projectg584the.pak + projectg584thf.pak
Just put these two Paks?
I really do now know what Tsukasa means.
In layman's terms: Start again from scratch.

Damm i cant solve my problem with the wangrel.dll someone could help? The game just crash....

I have the same problem. I did EXACTLY wha the terrorofdeath's tutorial(http://forum.ragezone.com/f514/v1-2-...-setup-719617/) says to do. But on the lastest steps when I have to run the Login.exe,Auth.exe and Server.exe, write alluseropen on Login.exe and then open the ProjectG.exe, the game crashes on the loading window before the login.
Try rebuilding the client.
