Joinserver.exe ERROR

I Reinstalled the windows 7 and when i try to switch on the server by startup.exe thete is an error (see attached), help plzz fast or i had server online and people are waiting for me :(

make shortcut to joinserver rightclick properties and write ip's and ports.later redirect startup to shortcut joinserver

put parametes for joinserver in your startup

Still have this problem, i tryed your suggestions but in vain :( now it happans to another server files too, i tryed to test this files: Season2 flawless namech project and there is this error too. Help plzz

most of the files have their own startup application use it . if not there might be a links folder .. if not as the previous post says.. make a shortcut and add "/p55970 /ca127.0.0.1 /cp55557"
