LOL that's on your client. Once your client have a two channels. You can't removed the channel 1 may be try to change a new client with 1 channel only :).
and change on your field server i think or agent server on your CFG folder your number of channel to (0)
Are you using the fixed server files? if yes then you will automatically have 2 channels.If you want to have only 1 channel then try to use the normal server files.
