If the beautiful game is to survive, the more the merrier. However, this is a place for public development, not recruitment for private development.
If *I* where to apply, I would not be prepared to answer more than 3 of those questions however, as they are private, personal and confidential. IMHO
Of course, we all know I will not give up my independence by committing to any Private Server. Of the regular posters here, I suspect there are few left who are not already affiliated who would... which is another very good reason why this is not the appropriate place for this thread. :wink:
When you have a server, and want to work with the community here to develop a new feature you are welcome to come here for advise and / or public collaboration. (Please don't brag about things you have done whose method you do not wish to share however, I know there will be such things.)

Nobody filling form? No wonder... when someone from nowhere coming and saying: Hi, I am god and I intend to create a world, anyone interested?
I think that giving some main objectives would help... a little bit.
PT on RZ exist for so long yet none gave an idea to create RZ openPT server, I wonder why?

It's also common that someone has a "windfall", and decides to purchase a server to host PT on with it. But they have no idea how to make a server work, or what is possible.
At that stage they usually post threads like this one in the hope of rounding up a team of people who do know, but don't have the funding for the initial investment.
Essentially the host purchaser will become a silent partner in the venture. That (or something similar) is what I suspect this OP is all about.
Yea I remember that i've tried to take kind of a ragezone pt projects but I found my self with my friend creating our own pt ..
From my own experience, i could say that keep a server up is also a pain. So i have the knowledge for keep it in good shape (the backend maintenance), but is very exahusting job if you are not full time dedicated to it, and also need at least a trusty couple very experienced partners to can handle the users (front-end maintenance). And by last most important need to have a reasonable ammount of users happy wich are on will to support your server.
