i got this problem when i start that program :

What do you need a ski viewer for? If you want to see the model you can open it up in blender. If you are looking for a particular model but don't know which one it is then the easiest way is to look for the skin first. I use IrfanView to browse the pck and look at the textures. Most of the time you can tell if its the model you want.

I don't think such a program exists that functions like you want.

You can however open the model in Blender, apply a subsurf and apply the texture to see the texture on the model.

Are you reskinning a model an want to see how the skin looks before you pack it in the client?
