Php role play.

Hello, i made a role play retro and everything seams good however i need the following
1. A list of all the commands
2. when i type :arrest it says the user is not cuffed, when i try :cuff nothing happends
3.when i type :stun it lets me arrest a user, but how do i get them to go to a room (my mate had one a while ago and when he typed :arrest the user would get taken to a room automaticly like prison, and they could not leave.
4. i would like a helper, to work at my site, to fix bugs errors and code stuff in, thanks.

1. Use the :commands ?
2. You will need to use a parameter for the command.
