Cleaning Out Database

With "Cleaning Out Database " I mean a full Server Wipe,.. How can I do that? I have Characters that are Crashing the Main Map... So I need to know HOW to get that all Cleaned because it is starting to Annoy the GMs too.

Would be great if anybody could tell me an EASIER way than pwAdmin. -.-
